Visualization & Nature Meditations

Discover how to self-apply Jin Shin Jyutsu, a gentle form of Japanese acupressure. This healing art uses the hands with gentle pressure to combat fatigue, relieve symptoms, boost immunity, and increase overall vitality.

Jin Shin Jyutsu | Self Application

Learn how to optimize your health with food, naturally detox after treatment, and end nutrition overwhelm. Dionne will lead two classes to help you build resilience in your body.

Nutrition Education

Learn effective strategies to change negative thinking patterns. Vicki will share cognitive tools to help you recognize unhelpful thoughts and reframe them to be accurate, positive, and motivating.

Anxiety & Stress Management

Enjoy this ancient Chinese moving meditation to soothe stress and enhance energy flow (“qi”). A local guest expert will lead your session, providing a mindful practice for daily use.

Qigong

Nourish mind, body & soul while learning valuable skills with your fellow attendees.

small group classes

Relieve symptoms through Jin Shin Jyutsu, a gentle form of acupressure, Reiki, or Light Resonance Healing. Vicki brings a wealth of knowledge in each of these energy-moving modalities. Alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, pain, stress, anxiety, grief, digestive issues, and other chronic conditions.

Energy Healing

Gery’s massage begins with a personal assessment to deeply understand your needs, desires, and limitations. Rather than massaging for a set period, he continues until he senses the session is complete while keeping your comfort top of mind.

Massage

Registered Dietitian Dionne provides nutrition education tailored to your specific health concerns and goals. Learn how to better manage symptoms with food, address chronic conditions, optimize cancer prevention with your diet, or simplify meal planning. Whatever your concerns, you’ll get all your questions answered so you feel more confident with nutrition once you return home.

Nutrition Counseling

Process emotions, discuss challenges, and problem-solve for the future. Vicki, our Medical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, creates a healing space for you to open up and reflect. She can also help you navigate the healthcare system and connect you with resources.

client stories

“Vicki stands out as a practitioner because she can draw upon in-depth experience in modern medical frameworks as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience in more holistic modalities.

I worked with Vicki through my journey with breast cancer and I will be forever grateful for the role she has played in my life. I have often wished that every woman facing breast cancer could have access to Vicki. Her experience, sophistication, intelligence, compassion, and healing abilities are a true treasure."

Kathy D., client of Vicki Landes

“I often wish that every woman facing breast cancer could have access to Vicki.”

“I’ve been able to just concentrate on my healing while receiving this incredibly personalized, holistic guidance that also empowers me to enjoy food. I’m hardly having any of the side effects I read about on the message boards, which were terrifying to me. My oncologist tells me I’m doing everything right when it comes to my lifestyle and nutrition which amplifies the benefits of my medication while minimizing the negative side effects. It’s not debilitating, I'm back at work, and I actually feel like myself. I owe so much of that to the monumental support Dionne gives me.”

Allison G., client of Dionne Detraz

“Dionne has helped me cut through the overwhelming noise around cancer and nutrition so I could get to a better place, quicker.”

Arno E., client of Gery Hager

"I have had numerous massages around the globe, in a variety of facilities, in my life. However, none of these treatments had such good healing results and created an excellent sense of well-being as Gery's massages. I will therefore only trust Gery's healing massages in the future."

"I first met Vicki while in the midst of a very rough go with chemotherapy. The chemo had taken its toll on my body and spirit. After listening to my pulses, she knew just where and how to address my poor, distressed body. I left and noticed right away that my energy had improved, though it had a long way to go.

Vicki combines this gentle, but powerful technique with words of caring and support. IT WORKS! In fact, over the following year of work together, I consider her work to be the most powerful influence in my healing."

Julie N., client of Vicki Landes

“I consider her work to be the
most powerful influence in my healing.”

“I was experiencing severe brain fog and my digestion had completely slowed down due to the effects of anesthesia, antibiotics, and pain medication. Dionne recognized right away that we needed to shift our approach. She came up with additional recommendations on the spot which showed me the breadth and depth of her understanding of the human body and the reactions that come with these conditions. It was incredible and so, so gracious.”

Lauren G., client of Dionne Detraz

“Working with Dionne has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders and my quest for answers.”
